The project included creating cashier free cash registers,
a mobile application working as a key to enter the store, touch panels informing about the basket size, payment system, scalable backend, accounting elements, etc.
Flyps carried out the entire project from the technical side - from assuring an Interim CTO, through the development team, to devops service and relations with vendors.
After getting acquainted with the idea, Flyps team designed the entire technology, supported investor presentations and created an MVP, then a production version and finally completed the technological project by leaving a scalable store - in the form of software ready for deployment in other locations, while building and recruiting an internal team and its know-how.
